Think Outside the Box

There I was sitting in a parking garage waiting behind 4,687,512 people (give or take a few) and trying to get to my next meeting which was 10 miles away but started in 5 minutes. You do the math! Normally I would be freaking out especially since I was on my way to review a new contract and get it signed by this customer.

But I had an ace up my sleeve ready to go. I create all of my files using BOX and save everything to BOX so I always know that I have access to anything even when I only have my smart phone and say…am STUCK IN A PARKING GARAGE!

So I called the customer, explained my delay, and said I would be forwarding the contract to him to review while I am on the road try to get to their office. Since I was not moving I offered to review it on the phone with my contact right then and there.

Long story short, by the time I finally got to the meeting, the contract was signed and waiting for me with the receptionist.

Signed. Sealed. Delivered!
